Even One Percent of Healing Matters™

๐Ÿ’ผ Nick, Diana & Nes: The Business of Healing

(And Not Ruining Your Life While You Lead)

✍️ A Story for Todos: the overachievers, the sacrificers, the secretly tired ones.

In a world that worships ๐Ÿ“ธ optics, ๐Ÿ“Š metrics, and ⚡ hustle masked as “alignment,”
being honest about your pain? That’s the real rebellion.
Being free inside your success? A spiritual revolution.

Let’s talk about three personas I’ve met in myself, my clients, and my lineage.
Spoiler alert: They’re not villains. But they’re not saints either.

๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿฝ Nick

Not just a “strong man.” A scary man. Ran on pure willpower and a need to prove he wasn’t weak. People called him dependable—but they never called him to see how he is doing.

Under the surface? Rage. Control. Resentment. He wore "I got this” like body armor. Never asked for help—until his own body collapsed.

Now he’s learning that Peace of Mind is a KPI™ too. And not everyone who follows you feels safe— especially if your leadership style smells like fear.

๐Ÿ”’ Nick’s healing? He stops proving™. But it took years to learn: **dominance isn’t the same as respect.**

๐Ÿ’…๐Ÿฝ Diana

Let’s not sugarcoat it: she controlled people with fake kindness. Always the one bringing food for one, talking mess behind your back, hiding her secrets. Tried to sounded sweet, but she was scared sh*tless of being left.

She didn’t feel lovable unless she was useful. When it came down to it she was useless.๐Ÿงฝ She grew up hearing nothing but her own fearful voice.

But Diana was trouble—she just smiled while doing it. Jealous. Insecure. Convinced love had to be earned.

She still can’t fully name the envy in her bones. But she’s closer now. She breathes more. Lets go a little. And she’s learning: authenticity isn’t rebellion—it’s healing.

๐Ÿ”‘ Diana’s Sacred Self-Confrontation™ = Stop shape-shifting to stay chosen™
Even if it means disappointing the ones who taught her survival was a god.

๐Ÿ˜ Nes

The non - helper with a hidden motive. He gave and gave—but only so you wouldn’t leave.

Behind the smiles? Insecurity in a tuxedo. He masked fear as wisdom and needed people to need him. He had the answers—but none of the peace. He was an Emotional Hustler™.

And that was the danger—because people believed him.

But now? He’s practicing support without strategy. No more performing safety to avoid his own work.

๐Ÿ”‘ Nes’s truth? Healing isn’t about looking useful. It’s about becoming real—even if no one claps.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Real Talk

Businesses built on fear, shame, or unhealed ego might sparkle… But they shatter. Especially when led by folks trying to spiritually outrun their childhood.

You can scale your brand and stay small inside. You can be “successful” and still be stuck in a trauma trance. You can look like a leader and be living out your worst inherited patterns.

I watched my Pops in hard, racist Chicago ๐Ÿ™️ run his body like a business machine. No rest. Lot's of softness. But No Space For Grief.

That blueprint got passed down like a spirit contract no one signed.

But I broke it—after nearly dying from a brain aneurysm. I had to stop proving. Stop pretending. I had to watch the death of the business I built on adrenaline. And I did.

๐Ÿ›‘ Because at some point, the body says: Enough.
๐Ÿ’ฅ And the spirit says: Start Over—But Do It Sacred™

๐Ÿ’” The truth is?

Nick wasn’t just a leader. He was a steamroller. Diana wasn’t just nice but nasty—she was manipulative in soft tones. Nes wasn’t just wise—he was scared and strategic.

They weren’t “bad people.” They were just us.

Before the healing. Before the honesty. Before the Sacred Self-Confrontation™.

๐Ÿง  So now?

  • Nick stops proving™.
  • Diana stops controlling™.
  • Nes stops performing™.

And maybe you?
๐Ÿ’Œ You stop Paying With Your Peace™
Because true leadership doesn’t cost your spirit.
