Spiritual Esthetics™ is more than skincare — it’s a declaration of radical self-awareness, ancestral healing, and emotional liberation. 🪞✨ I’m a Licensed Esthetician and Esthetics Instructor — not to show off, but to show up and name what’s possible when someone raised on silence, secrets, and survival finally learns to see themselves with compassion.

Gracias to every instructor who saw me before I could see myself. 🙏🏽 Today, I teach from that same soul space. I now help others earn that sacred license — the one that says: 🧾 You are a professional. 🧠 You know your craft. 💖 You matter. You always did. You just needed a safe mirror.

But beyond the paperwork, I help people reclaim the mirror — not the one shaped by trauma or fantasy, but the sacred one that reflects truth. We’re not just healing skin. We’re healing self-image. We’re breaking patterns. And we’re doing it beautifully. 💄🕯️🌽

🔥 Waking Up from the Fantasy

Let’s be real. I didn’t grow up in reality. I grew up in the performance of it. What I inherited was silence. Shame. Rules that didn’t make sense. 👏🏽 “Be strong.” But I was just a kid — ¿cómo se hace eso? 🙃 “Don’t talk about what happens in this house.” Unless it’s our lie. 🧍🏽‍♀️ “Disappear so others feel big.” Wait… that was my idea?

I followed those unspoken codes until they buried me. 💀 Then one day, I cracked open a psychology book — and cried. Not cute tears. Soul tears. Because I realized no one had ever said: You matter. Not for your grades, your manners, or your silence. But just because you are.

💋 What Healing Looks Like

This isn’t rebellion. It’s restoration. It’s disobedience of the sacred kind. I’m not rejecting my family — I’m integrating the fantasy version of myself with my true self. Now I live with clarity. ✨ I have voice. I have choice. And as long as I’m not harming anyone, I don’t need to earn my right to exist. Y punto. 🛑

🧠 From Wound to Wisdom

The old mirror said: “Disappear.” “Hide.” “Be nice, not honest.” “Say thank you even when it hurts.” 🙃

But the new mirror? 🗣️ Speak up — you’re not a secret anymore. 💎 Shine anyway — you don’t need permission. 🌱 Grow — applause is optional. Evolution isn’t.

This is the work. I teach this. I embody this. I walk into beauty schools and boardrooms with presence and purpose. Because healing looks good. On you. On us. On me. 😌
