Crying Soul Tears™ Through the Glitter Fog

The Gaslight Guru™ Exorcism

Let’s set the stage: For what? The first of many spiritual exorcisms. ๐Ÿค•

  • Ness is the poster child for “hurt people hurt people — and sell merch about it.”
  • It’s clever AF, and toxic positivity’s top ghostwriter.
  • It whispers, “You’ll never be enough, but maybe you can earn it if you’re useful/cute/funny/busy.”

Sound familiar? Yep. That’s generational wounding dressed as hustle culture.

Ness = The Gaslight Guru™ ๐Ÿงน๐Ÿ‘ป

  • ✨ Speaks in memes really really fast. ๐Ÿ’จ
  • ✨ Weaponizes wit like a ninja star. ๐Ÿฅท⭐️
  • ✨ Capitalizes on your insecurities like he’s got an Etsy shop for shame. ๐Ÿฌ
  • ✨ “You’re not broken, just… not optimized for success ๐Ÿ’–.” Lies I tell you. Lies.
  • ✨ Thinks healing is a productivity hack. Fast as lightning ⚡️ Done. What’s next?

But now? Nick and Diana are done. Like, really done.

Fatty livers. Hypothyroidism. Celiac disease. Adult acne. Bad backs. Busted knees.
Just a few of the physical receipts from decades of trying to “earn” their worth—

Through cuteness ๐Ÿถ, cleverness ๐Ÿง , and yes — the fifth silent nervous breakdown in a trench coat ๐Ÿซ ๐Ÿ•ต️‍♂️ — they remain relentless… and have still done absolutely nothing ๐Ÿ˜…๐Ÿ‘.

They’ve hit the wall ๐Ÿงฑ. Which one? There are so many walls to hit. Let’s see:

  • They’re in their 40s. They just brought a brand-new COVID baby into the world.
  • And surprise: They have nothing left to give. But they pretend they do.

So what happens? They hand the weight—unprocessed, unnamed—to the 10-year-old “only child.”
And that kid? Already showing signs of the generational low-self-worth bug—doesn’t even know they have choices.

They start parenting without any real tools or guidance. And of course, Nick, Diana, and Ness will be right there to tell them they’re not doing it well enough… as if they had it all figured out themselves.

WTF. But here’s the thing: This moment? It’s the wake-up call.

This isn’t about blame. It’s about stopping the cycle.

Low self-worth doesn’t have to be a legacy.™
Awareness is the first rebellion. Healing is messy, unglamorous, and often boring—but it’s possible.
And maybe, just maybe, we start by letting ourselves be enough without earning it.

“You’re too much, not enough, and also, can you be quiet?” ๐Ÿค

  • Am I worth love? Umm… you are love.
  • Do I deserve joy? Deserve is tricky—but you can enjoy anything, anytime.
  • Can I order dessert without guilt? Guilt is not on the menu today.

You’re not healing just with insights. You’re healing with:

  • ๐ŸŽค Bad karaoke (channel your inner Selena)
  • ๐ŸŒฎ Spicy tacos (yes, the gut is a trauma archive too)
  • ๐Ÿ˜ด Nap ministry (with robes, grapes, and zero shame)

Regulate. Don’t Ruminate.

๐Ÿ” Ruminate means: You keep replaying an awkward conversation and wondering what the other person thinks of you — without doing anything constructive about it.

๐Ÿงญ Regulate means: You notice you’re spiraling after that same awkward conversation, so you pause, take deep breaths, remind yourself that everyone makes social mistakes, and shift your focus to something grounding.

This is planet earth. It’s messy, cruel, nasty, awkward… and cool, fun, nice, and silly.

๐Ÿ’ก Why it matters:

  • Rumination keeps you stuck. Old patterns don’t work anymore.
  • Regulation gets you unstuck. New patterns look good on us.

๐Ÿ’ƒ Move like your ancestors are watching and saying “finally.”

✨ Spiritual Treasure Chest™
Because some spiritual gifts arrive through the mess—silent, heavy, and wrapped in hard-earned wisdom. It can take years to integrate them here on Earth. They’re not shiny, they’re sacred.
